Reduce Joint Pain - Collagens are some of the protein building-blocks used to make connective fibers throughout the body. The joints and ligaments are connective fibers.

Creams containing the protein keratin have been shown to stimulate the growth of new skin cells, by as much as 160%, in as little as three days. In other words, there are lots of good alternatives for improving the skin's appearance and for reducing wrinkles. Applying nutrients directly, rather than taking them by mouth, seems to provide the biggest benefits.

Of course, if you really wanted to make a big difference, you could use some nourishing skincare products and take some good supplements. However, liquid collagen is not worth your money.
